Calling all artists to submit an original work of art or image for the 2025 Festival. The selected work will be featured on the poster, program cover, and other collateral materials related to the 2025 Festival.

The winner will receive $500 and two Festival registrations. 

  • Colors: all colors and palettes welcome — artwork will be surrounded by and printed alongside brand colors (listed below). Incorporating some of those colors or creating a palette that blends well with those colors would be ideal

  • Festival's three primary colors: 
    CMYK:  85, 69, 0, 0 or RGB: 56, 92,173
    CMYK:  73, 27, 210, 0 or RGB:  65, 151, 181
    CMYK:  37, 1 , 24, 0 or RGB:  160, 213, 201

  • Deadline for submissions:  Noon, Friday, May 23

  • Mediums: All mediums considered. For non-digital art — Art must be able to be scanned or photographed and effectively represented in print reproductions

  • Size: ideally 11” x 17” - it doesn’t have to be EXACTLY 11x17 but must scan large enough for good resolution 

  • Portrait orientation required

  • 300 ppi for digital/photographic works

  • Layout & Composition: Artwork will be resized and possibly cropped for various formats, keeping this in mind, try to avoid having important details or subjects along the edge of the work

  • Our 10th anniversary logo will be added
